Exciting Secrets On ‘Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan’ Revealed By Simbu Himself

Simbu is on cloud nine over the success of the second teaser of Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan. The much awaited film’s teaser which showcased the star in the Ashwin Thatha avatar garnered some good numbers in less than 24 hours. To share his excitement, Simbu went on a live video through which he interacted with his fans. This is what he had to say.

A lot of people stood by me even during my hard times. That’s the only reason I’m doing films right now. I don’t believe in competition. I would even cite that the reason why Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada became a hit is you all.

Now Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan is making me happy. From the teasers, don’t assume how the film will be as it’s a very different flick. We have tried something new. We chose the title as Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan as there are three different characters in the film of different shades.

I shouldn’t say this as Director Adhik will scold me for it but there’s also a another character which would be a mix of the three we’ve mentioned. The three characters will be shown in the promotional videos. The fourth one I’ve spoken about now will be a surprise that you’ll see in the theatres.

Before, I used to be doing a number of films and had a lot of new things that I wanted to do in cinema. But now I’m not doing films to prove anything. I’m doing films only for a small percentage of people who like me and stood by me. Hence I don’t understand why a certain section care about me and my films. But it shows that what I’ve done has worked out and I thank god for that.

I was actually worried on how the ‘Ashwin Thatha’ character would be taken. As I said, don’t take the teaser and try desciphering the story from it. The teaser was just to tease you.

I’m sure you all know I’m crooning the music for Santhanam’s next (Sakka Podu Podu Raja). The songs are all done now. I hope you’ll love it. The audio is to be released soon.

Some have said that I’ve put on weight. Yes, I’ve done so intentionally for the film and the character. Moreover, as I said before, I’m not here to prove anything. So I can also put on another 20 kgs and act. I don’t understand what the problem is to a few people. I know what I’m doing.

Superstar called me and wished me. I wouldn’t have publicized it but he urged me to tell all that he liked the teaser and hence I’m on cloud nine. I don’t mind if a film hits or flops but I’m very happy at this moment. I thank you all for this. Two characters are wrapped up. Two more are to be captured.
